The campaign is only applicable to all Standard Chartered Bank Journey credit card clients – existing credit card clients as well as the clients acquired during the campaign offer period.

This is a limited period offer from 29^th October 2024 till 29^th November 2024 (both days inclusive).

Journey cardholders can participate in the following offers:

Offer 1 – Meet the minimum spend of AED 8,000 between 29^th Oct and 29^th Nov and earn 2x bonus rewards points on all your Shopping and Dining spends category purchases.

Offer 2 – Convert your spends into easy instalment plan (maximum tenor of 3 months) at just 1% processing fee.

For example. On Offer 1 – On domestic spends, instead of 2 rewards points per USD 1, the cardholders will earn 4 rewards points extra. Which makes 6 rewards points per USD 1 spent.

Upon meeting the campaign’s criteria, the Journey credit cardholders will earn bonus rewards points on the select merchant categories (Shopping and Dining) during the campaign period from 29^th October 2024 to 29^th November 2024.

Important information:

1. This campaign is only for Journey credit cardholders.
2. To be eligible for this offer, clients have to register (Opt-in) to the campaign through the link provided in the email communication sent or SMS either ‘Festive’ or ‘Festival24’ to 3133 from their registered mobile number.
3. Meet the minimum retail spends of AED 8,000 to earn the incremental cashback on the selected merchant spend categories as defined below.
4. Each client can earn total maximum rewards points of up to 50,000 during the campaign period.
5. Bonus rewards points will be credited by 31^st January 2025.
6. To apply for the instalment plan, the cardholders need to contact our helpline on (+971) 4 4039681 and ask for Festival of you campaign preferential pricing.

Below is the illustration on Offer 1:

• 2x bonus points will be applied to your existing rewards points ration. For domestic spending, an additional 4 points will be awarded on top of the existing 2 points per USD 1 spent. For international spending, you will earn the existing 4 points per USD 1 spent, and with the 2x bonus, you will receive an additional 8 points, leaving you with a total of 12 points per USD 1 spent internationally if the campaign conditions are met.
• Maximum bonus points will be capped at 50,000 per client.
• To be eligible for this offer, clients have to register (Opt-in) to the campaign through the link provided in the email communication sent or SMS ‘Festive’ to 3133 from their registered mobile number.

• Client will only be eligible for Offer 2 if Offer 1 conditions are met (such as OPT in for the campaign and meeting minimum spend criteria of AED 8,000 per month).
• 1% processing fee is only eligible on 3 months installment plan. For any instalment plan request placed before or after the campaign period, the fee/interest charge may apply according to product terms and conditions.
• The Instalment plan processing fee will be the additional ‘fee charge’ on the client’s credit card revolving balance (outstanding balance on card beyond the payment due date); however, client can benefit from the campaign instalment pricing if the request is placed before the statement is generated.
• To apply for the instalment plan, the cardholders should contact our helpline on (+971) 4 4039681 (telesales team) from Monday to Friday 9am to 6pmAll the eligible Merchant Category Codes are available below. Visa shall be solely responsible for determining the Merchant Category Codes (“MCCs”). All the Bonus rewards points will be calculated as per the merchant categories defined by Visa. Visa’s MCC classification shall be final.

The Rewards points will not be considered as repayment/payment of the any statement outstanding due.

The ‘minimum spend requirement’ must be on RETAIL transactions only, which is credit card retail purchases, Point-Of-Sale, and online transactions (within or outside the UAE)

The following are excluded from eligibility criteria spends – exchange houses, cash withdrawals, Balance Transfers, Fixed Payment Plans, School Fee Cashier Order and Smart Payment Plans

Retail purchases/transactions made on the Primary as well as Supplementary Credit Card/s will be included in the calculation of the Minimum Spend Requirement.

Cardholders eligible for this campaign will not be eligible for any other campaign offered by Standard Chartered Bank UAE on Credit Cards during the period of this campaign.

Cardholders who have cancelled or terminated the credit card for any reason at the time of computation of the eligibility for this campaign, will not be eligible for the cashback.

To the extent of any inconsistency between this Offer terms and the Standard Chartered Client Terms and Credit Card Terms the Standard Chartered Client Terms and Credit Card Terms and Conditions will prevail.

If the Credit Card is overdue, blocked or suspended for any reason whatsoever, then the cashback shall stand forfeited but may be reinstated, at the sole discretion of the Bank.

The Bank reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this Offer and to disqualify any participant who tampers with the offer and/or the entry process.
