LFC World Event Terms and Conditions

  1. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By applying for an invitation for an LFC World Event (“Event”), you agree to these terms and conditions. On acceptance of the invitation LFC Terms & Conditions will apply.

 

  1. INVITATIONS

A valid invitation and/or email confirmation must be produced to enter the Event.

 

  1. THE EVENT

      3.1. Conduct of Guests            

            3.1.1. No alcohol may be brought to the Event.

            3.1.2. We reserve the right to ask you to leave the Event at any point on reasonable grounds and may take any appropriate action to enforce this right. By way of example, we may remove guests who (in our reasonable opinion):

                  3.1.2.1. behave in a manner which is likely to affect the enjoyment of other guests; or

                  3.1.2.2. use threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or in any way provoke or behave in a manner which may provoke a breach of the peace; or

                  3.1.2.3. fail, when required, to produce proof of identity or age.

            3.1.3. You must comply with instructions and directions given by our staff and/or stewards.

      3.2. Conditions of Admission

            3.2.1. We reserve the right to conduct security searches from time to time and confiscate any item which, in our reasonable opinion, may cause danger or disruption to other guests or the Event.

 

  1. CHANGES TO OR CANCELLATION OF THE EVENT

      4.1. We reserve the right to make alterations to the published Event programme and/or to cancel or rearrange the Event at our sole discretion.

 

  1. LIABILITY

      5.1. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall limit either party’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

      5.2. To the fullest extent permissible in law, neither Standard Chartered Bank UAE, The Liverpool Football Club and Athletic Grounds Limited nor any of its officers, employees or agents shall be responsible for (whether in tort, contract or otherwise):

            5.2.1. any loss, damage or injury to you or to any property belonging to you at the venue for the Event or any car park offered for use as part of the Event, resulting from any cause whatsoever;

            5.2.2. any losses arising from any cancellation, postponement or rearrangement of the Event and/or any breach by you of these terms and conditions.

 

  1. MISCELLANEOUS

      6.1. Your invitation for the Event is personal and shall not be transferred or resold without our prior written consent. For the avoidance of doubt, in the event of any unauthorised transfer or resale we may cancel your booking and the provisions of clause 5.2.2 will apply.

      6.2. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time and shall publish any such changes on our website.

      6.3. If any of these terms and conditions is determined by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, they shall, to that extent, be severed from the remaining terms and conditions which shall continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws.

      6.4. You must be 21 years or older to enter the venue.
