Important notice – Our complimentary access on all Fitness first clubs offered on Journey credit card (previously known as Visa Infinite) will discontinue effective 31 October 2024. The last date Journey cardholders will be able to use the complimentary access at Fitness first clubs is 31 October 2024.

From 01 November 2024 all Journey credit cardholders will enjoy complimentary access to Warehouse Gyms across the UAE.

Terms and Conditions:

1A minimum spend of AED 10,000 or more each billing month is required to enjoy complimentary Warehouse Gym access. If the minimum spend is not met in that billing month, an AED 525 fee applies. Cardholders will be charged AED 1 on their Journey credit card at every Warehouse Gym visit, which will be reversed in the following statement. The complimentary access is limited to up to 30 visits per month for all Journey credit cardholders. The total 30 visits will be cumulative of Primary and Supplementary cardholders’ visits. A one-time fee of AED 525 will be applied if the total number of visits exceeds 30 visits in a month.

A valid photo ID will be required to gain access to Warehouse Gym outlets.

Journey card holders should provide details of any specific medical conditions that they feel any ‘Coach/Trainer’ should be made aware of prior to using any Warehouse Gym facility.

Warehouse Gym, The Warehouse Fitness Center LLC, or any associated company, cannot accept responsibility or liability for any injury, loss, fatality or damage caused to any person or property whatsoever while using the club facilities.

Journey card holders need to fill the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PARQ Form) at club reception to use the club (first time only).

Journey card holders shall be subject to the standard terms and conditions applicable to a Warehouse Gym Member, or any such other terms and conditions agreed between Standard Chartered and the Warehouse Gym.

Standard Chartered Bank accepts no responsibility or liability for any matters (including but not limited to injury, loss, fatality or damage caused to any person or property) arising out of or in connection with the use of Warehouse Gym facility by a Journey card holder.
