IHG Terms and Conditions

1. This promotion is valid only for points transfers to Participating Partners from 00:00am on 1 Nov, 2024 to 23:59pm on 30 Nov, 2024 (Based on the Banks’ time zones).

2. During the promotion period, IHG One Rewards members are eligible to receive 75% bonus points when they successfully convert
their reward points to IHG One Rewards Points with any participating partner.

3. You must be enrolled as a member of the IHG One Rewards Loyalty Program to participate in this promotion.

4. The bonus points and base points will reflect in the account statement under two different transactions.

5. Bonus points will be awarded at the time of transfer together with the base points, according to the standard transfer lead times.

7. Once the transfer request is initiated, it cannot be reversed.

9. Once the points have been transferred to the IHG One Rewards Program, they are subject to the terms and conditions of IHG One Rewards Program.

13. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of United Arab Emirates.

Warning

  • If your credit card account balance goes over the set credit limit at any point in time, your credit card account will be charged an over-limit fee. This fee will be applied on your statement date each month until you are within your credit limit. Please ensure to clear the over-limit amount immediately. (Not applicable to Smart Saadiq Credit Card).
  • If the minimum payment due is not paid on or before the due date, a late payment charge will be levied on the credit card account in addition to the monthly finance charges (interest/profit/fees). (Late payment charge is not applicable to Smart Saadiq Credit Card).
  • If you make only the minimum repayment each period, you will pay more in interest/profit/fees, and it will take you longer to pay off your outstanding balance.
  • If you do not meet the repayments on your credit card, your account will go into arrears. This may affect your credit rating, which may limit your ability to access financing in the future.
