Guide to Password Change
Step 1
Select Settings from the sidebar
Step 2
Select Password under Security
Step 3
Enter your Old Password and the New Password you would like to change into. (Note: You may find the required Password convention at the bottom of the page)

Click Submit to confirm your password change
Step 5
Your Password has been changed successfully
Guide to Forgot Password
Step 1
Select “Forgot” to initiate password change.
Step 2
Select your preferred method of verification. In this example, we will verify using email and mobile number.
Step 3
Enter your Login ID and Security Code, then click Submit.
Step 4
Ensure your email and mobile number is correct. Click authorise to receive your PIN and passcode.
Step 5
Enter all the required details and click Submit.
(Note: PIN number will be sent to your email while SMS Passcode and Transaction Reference will be sent via SMS to your mobile number.
Step 6
Enter your new password following the requirements shown at the bottom of the screen then click Submit.
Step 7
Your Password has been changed successfully.
