Can’t find what you need in the menu? Go to Other Request to fulfill your banking needs.

Guide On How To Use Other Request

Step 1

Click on ‘Help & Services’

Step 2

Click on ‘Other Request’ – this is for requests that you are unable to find to fulfill your banking needs

Step 3

Specify your banking needs

Step 4

Review your request and click ‘Next’

Step 5

Enter the OTP code sent to your registered Mobile Number with the bank

Step 6

Done!
