The terms and conditions of the promotion are as follow:
The promotion ” Cash back Promo 2.0 ” shall be launched on July 25th, 2020 and shall end by August05th, 2020.
By entering the promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
The terms and conditions of this promotion must be read in conjunction with the general banking conditions applicable to retail customers of SCB CDI.
Eligibility
The Promotion is opened to all Standard Chartered CI Retail Bank existing clients, that have never funded their account, over the age of 21 years old, excluded employees (and their immediate families) of Standard Chartered Bank CDI, its affiliates or subsidiary companies and its vendors.
All customers, individuals, who maintain their accounts and debit cards in accordance with the Bank’s rules without violating the terms and conditions of the banking product subscribed to, throughout the promotional period are eligible.
Businesses and non-governmental organisations are not eligible for this promotion.
All account holders whose accounts have been suspended/closed for any reason are not eligible.
All customers who have selected the option not to be contacted for a marketing campaign (DnD) are not eligible.
More specifically, no participant must have been convicted, prosecuted or suspected of any crime related to the fight against money laundering, fraud and terrorism.
No registration form is required.
PS: In any case, the bank reserves the right to validate the final selection of the winners by using its discretionary power in case of necessity.
Mechanics and winner selection
Customers eligible for the promotion will have to fund (in one go) their account with a minimum amount of CFA F10,000 and maintain this amount all along the promotion period.
The first 300 clients who have fulfilled the above-mentioned conditions will have their bank account credited with an amount of CFA F 10,000 by SCB CDI.
The reward, i.e. the sum of CFA F 10,000, will be credited to the account of the winners 72 hours at the latest following their selection, at the end of the promotion.
By accepting the prize awarded, the customer consents and gives SCB CDI the right to publish his name and image in all publications related to the promotion; SCB CDI is not required to request additional consent.
If a winner does not wish his or her name and image to be published, he or she must expressly inform SCB CDI, which will result in forfeiture of the prize. In such a case, the next customer in order of ranking will be selected as a replacement.
