    Colleague communities

Our groups support colleagues to address shared needs and challenges.

At Standard Chartered, when we say we embrace diversity and foster an inclusive culture, we mean it. It is good for business, as well as being the right thing to do.

Our six global Colleague Communities, or CCs, use their collective voice to influence policies and standards to help to create a workplace where everyone with the capabilities to do so can thrive.

Our groups help us to:

  • Improve employee engagement.
  • Engage the organisation in a constructive dialogue on diversity and inclusion.
  • Connect individuals with shared needs or challenges.
  • Educate colleagues on issues affecting diverse groups to create greater cultural awareness.
  • Support plans and the implementation of our Diversity and Inclusion strategy.
