Women in Finance Charter
In 2016, we signed the UK HM Treasury Women in Finance Charter to support progress towards a fair industry.
ILO Charter
The Global Business Disability Network Charter helps create equal opportunities for people with disabilities.
UN Principles
We agree to the Women’s Empowerment Principles, which offer guidance on how to promote gender equality.
30% Club
We joined the 30% Club to show our support for their mission to make women at least 30% of all boards.
The Valuable 500
We are one of the Valuable 500 companies committed to putting disability inclusion on their agenda.
WEF Partnership for Racial Justice
A global coalition of organisation that aims to eradicate systemic racism in the workplace.
UN Standards of Conduct
We agree to the five Standards of Conduct to combat workplace discrimination against LGBTI+ people.
UK Armed Forces Covenant
This initiative by the UK Government seeks to encourage fair treatment for the armed forces community.
