Report fraud
If you see something that doesn’t look right, it helps to let us know quickly – even if you’re not sure.
Contact customer service if you suspect fraud
If you see any suspicious activity on your account, please tell our customer service team immediately.
Even if you’re unsure what’s happened, reporting it quickly increases your chance of recovery and can help prevent further losses.
Two ways to report fraud
- Call the number on your bank card
You can report suspected fraud by calling the number on the back of your debit or credit card, or on your bank statement
2. Contact your local office or branch
You can also tell us about suspected fraud by contacting your local Standard Chartered office or branch.
For corporate accounts
Contact Client Service or your relationship manager
If you are a corporate client, you can report suspected fraud by phone or email by finding the
Client Service contact details for your market.
If you have an existing relationship manager, you can also tell them about suspected fraud.
