General Banking Terms and Conditions and General Banking Terms and Conditions Lite

1. The General Banking Terms and Conditions (“the booklet”) and General Banking Terms and Conditions Lite (“the booklet lite”) are a set of simplified and integrated terms and conditions which covers a broad range of core products and services available to clients in our Commercial Banking segment.
2. Clients who complete and return an original signed copy of the relevant Letter of Acceptance agree that the booklet / booklet lite (as applicable) governs their relationship with the relevant Bank Entity when they apply for and / or are offered banking products and services covered under the booklet / booklet lite.
3. Please download the relevant version of the booklet / booklet lite and Letter of Acceptance by accessing your country links below.
4. The booklet / booklet lite may be amended and updated by the relevant Bank Entity from time to time.
5. In light of the new declaration included in the revised AOS2B form, non-negotiating clients who have signed the revised AOS2B form and who wish to sign up to the booklet are no longer required to sign a Letter of Acceptance as this is now covered by the ‘authorised acceptance’ provided in the new declaration.
6. The Letter of Acceptance will still be required for clients who have not signed the revised AOS2B form and who wish to move to the booklet.
