Assessment Centre
Our assessment centres are the final stage of our selection process, so if you’ve made it this far you’ve done fantastically well, congratulations!
It can often be a few weeks until you hear back from us following on from your previous assessment – this is totally normal and should be no cause for concern.
For those who are progressed to assessment centre stage, you’ll receive an email from us with details of the day and time, whether it is virtual or face to face, and give you details of who to contact should you need to make any changes or ask any questions.
Assessment centres for each of our different roles are slightly different, but might include interviews with both our HR teams and the team you’re looking to join, plus group exercises. You’ll receive the exact details, alongside anything you need to prepare, a week or so before the assessment centre is scheduled.
