Digital Interview
If you are successful during the earlier steps of our recruitment process, you will be invited to submit a digital interview. This invitation will be emailed to you a few days after you submit your previous assessment.
The digital interview is simply a way for us to learn more about your prior experiences and how they relate to the role you’re applying for at Standard Chartered. You’ll log into our Pymetrics platform, and have some time to familiarise yourself with the process before you’re asked to record and submit your answers.
You can prepare by making sure you know the the key competencies and skills required for the role you’re applying for.
If you’d like some more information before taking your digital interview, please watch the short film.
Study the job advert you applied to, then think about your past experiences. How can you demonstrate the skills and competencies required for the role? What makes you think it’s the right career path for you?
Once you’ve submitted your digital interview, your entire application will be reviewed by our recruitment team. This can take some time, so please don’t worry if you don’t hear from us for a few weeks. We’ll be back in touch as soon as we can.
