Very soon after you submit your application with us, you’ll be invited to participate in an online games assessment called Pymetrics.
Very soon after you submit your application with us, you’ll be invited to participate in an online games assessment called Pymetrics.
Pymetrics is simple to play, and is designed to be fun! The assessment includes 12-16 different games and should take around 35-45 minutes to complete. There are no right or wrong answers, so we encourage you to play the games intuitively.
To help you perform your best, we’ve prepared a few hints and tips, so please watch the short film on this page to help get ready. Best of luck!
Once you’ve been sent the email asking you to take the Pymetrics games, you will have 14 days to complete them – please try and submit as soon as you can in order to progress your application as quickly as possible.
When you’ve completed your games, you’ll receive a personalised report from Pymetrics that’s yours to keep. Meanwhile we’ll review your results against the role you’ve applied for to assess whether you’re a good fit. You’ll hear back from us on next steps within a couple of days of submitting your games. If you haven’t heard from us, please make sure you check your junk mail folder.
