    Valued Behaviours Assessment

If your Pymetrics games evaluation is a match for the role that you’ve applied for, you will then be invited to take our next assessment – the Valued Behaviours Assessment (VBA).

Please note, if you have applied to a role based in Korea or the United States, you will not be required to take this assessment.

As an organisation we’re driven by our valued behaviours; do the right thing, never settle and better together. These statements represent how we like to run our business and is a core part of what we think makes us unique.

In the assessment you’ll be shown some scenarios that reflect everyday situations at Standard Chartered and asked to evaluate the available responses.

Once you’ve been invited to take your VBA assessment, please make sure you do so within five days of receiving the email from us, otherwise unfortunately your application will be withdrawn.

When you’ve submitted your assessment, you will hear back from us on the next steps within 48 hours. Make sure you check your junk mail folder if you haven’t heard from us.

If you’d like a bit more information from the team before taking the VBA assessment, watch our short film.
