It’s a business about relationships and working closely with clients across our global network. We offer our clients a comprehensive range of products which means there’s lots for you to learn and get involved in.

What you’ll experience

On our 2 year programme you’ll start your career journey by being immersed in the exciting and fast-paced trading floor environment. You’ll be working alongside professionals to gain experience of trading and client management while you study.

You will work towards your Level 4 qualification, the Investment Operations Specialist apprenticeship, where you will gain three Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments (CISI) exams in Securities & Investments, UK Financial Regulations and Derivatives. We excited to be partnering with Exeter University to deliver this qualification.

We understand that success comes from having a supportive and encouraging team around you, so each apprentice is allocated with a Learning and Skills Coach throughout the academic element of their apprenticeship plus mentors, peers and stakeholders from the trading floor.
