Being an Affluent Relationship Manager
Our Affluent Banking team serves Premium, Priority, Priority Private and Private clients. Relationship Managers can advance their careers within these segments or explore roles across Wealth and Retail Banking.
We focus on international banking, especially on the global Chinese and Indian diaspora via an experienced and culturally diverse team of Relationship Managers.
Our Relationship Managers are client obsessed, trusted advisors, who actively engage with clients and partner with specialists in the areas of investment, insurance, products and treasury.

You’ll participate in a structured incentive plan which calculates variable pay based on achievement of a transparent balanced scorecard and demonstration of our Valued Behaviours. Our incentive plan will support you settle in and provides the flexibility to recognise your performance if you deliver more quickly than initially expected.
