Corporate Affairs, Brand and Marketing (CABM) team
Who we are and what we do
We’re a Digital Channels Centre of Excellence (COE) responsible for setting the strategy, standards, governance and driving the innovation roadmap across the Bank’s digital estate globally. We manage global and non-retail websites, social media channels, as well as insights & reporting to measure digital performance.
As part of the global Corporate Affairs, Brand and Marketing (CABM) function, we’re responsible for building our corporate brand among key audiences, managing reputational risk, providing best practice and training for digital content creators and publishers in our business. We also run key supplier and agency relationships.

We’re looking for digital superstars! We have a number of open roles in social media, web management, insights & reporting, digital design and governance.

Specifically, we are looking for people who are
- Passionate about all things digital and can bring new ways of thinking and innovation to the team
- Have an audience centric mindset and passion for engaging with audiences through digital channels
- A can-do approach, and collaborative mindset
- Can help drive projects and campaigns across channels and geographies
- Have worked in multinational corporations, agencies, or social networks – ideally with experience in regulated environments
- Have great stakeholder management skills, working across teams and functions
