How would you describe the culture of your team?

The culture on my team at Standard Chartered is simply amazing. In my previous experience, I worked with a fully remote team, which limited our interactions. However, on this team, things are different. It's a highly cooperative environment where everyone supports one another. The Senior Developers have been incredibly patient and understanding, taking the time to guide me through the learning process. They have generously shared their knowledge and ensured that I grasp the ins and outs of our projects. The team's collaborative and inclusive approach creates a positive working environment where I feel valued and empowered as a female professional.
