What’s the biggest challenge you’ve faced when working?
With my job switch, I was a newbie to the working world of Hong Kong. I had to learn to adjust to the changing social environment, my new colleagues, and the new language. The Branch Manager, William, from Standard Chartered in Hong Kong taught me all his work experience, allowing me to adapt to changes to the environment in a short period of time. It propelled me forward to be able to overcome all challenges, exceed my work goals every quarter, and successfully win the award of Asia Achievers Council 2021. The small award pins truly are the greatest affirmation of my hard work and self-growth.
