I am involved in various critical projects and initiatives that run concurrently, but the most exciting has to be the annual Hackathon event I conduct to attract the best technical talents to Standard Chartered. I plan and execute the event from start to finish, making it a fantastic experience that showcases our commitment to innovation and excellence. This event not only brings in top talent but also fosters creativity and collaboration within our team.

Since joining the technology team, I have had the opportunity to work with industry leaders, allowing me to continually enhance my skills and acquire a wealth of knowledge. The culture in our team fosters growth, innovation, and mutual respect, making it an inspiring and rewarding place to work.

Balancing this with my busy role presents a challenge, but I am confident that Standard Chartered’s flexible working policies will support me in achieving this goal.
