Fantastic 16 years!!! 

My journey started with the Bank in the year 2006 as a Junior Officer Trainee. 

It’s been a wonderful 16 years with a lot of learnings and challenges that empowered and helped me expand my horizons, good practices and culture and the attitude of not settling for less.  

I think it’s also the fair share of efforts by leadership, the inclusive work environment, and the focused approach towards goals which has helped me grow. 

When personal life changes and the organisation steps up to support 

There will be some personal circumstances that challenge you in everyone’s life. When I had to encounter one such incident in my life and was looking for support, it was the human side of the Bank  its leadership and colleagues who stepped up and said, “We are here to support you.” I'm very grateful for the medical policy we have here and the friendly framework of employees. It anchored my association further and reminds me every day to be grateful for what I have.

Getting to do so much and still have fun 

This is a great place to work, it’s my second home where I spend most of my time preparing myself to do better, assess and achieve.
