Against the backdrop of a very difficult year for all, we are the recipient of 56 awards, honouring the achievements of our clients and the Bank.

The Asset’s annual Treasury and Trade awards are one of the industry’s leading and highly anticipated awards, recognising the achievements of clients and their financial providers.

Recipient of 56 awards, spanning all areas of transaction banking, we are especially proud to be Best Renminbi Bank in 11 of 18 markets in Asia, Africa, Middle East and LatAM, and to be named Best Transaction Bank in China for the first time.

The broader list of wins is also a nod to our extensive network strength in Asia, Africa and Middle East, and validation for clients who choose us.

“These 56 awards celebrate the resilience, strength, innovation and future-focus of our clients, the industry and our people – in what was a particularly challenging year,” says Michael Spiegel, Global Head of Transaction Banking at Standard Chartered.

“The number of wins exceeded the previous record-breaking year, a testament to the experience and results clients can look forward to when working with us across our extensive network,” added Ricky Kaura, Head of Transaction Banking, Asia, Africa and the Middle East at Standard Chartered.
