With effect from 3 June 2013, the principal office of Standard Chartered Bank and registered office of Standard Chartered PLC will change from 1 Aldermanbury Square, London, EC2V 7SB, United Kingdom to 1 Basinghall Avenue, London, EC2V 5DD, United Kingdom. This change is necessary due to our vacation of 1 Aldermanbury Square.
