We’ve appointed Lyndon Hsu as Global Head, Leveraged and Structure Solutions

Standard Chartered has appointed Lyndon Hsu as Global Head, Leveraged and Structured Solutions. Lyndon will be based in Singapore and report to Sumit Dayal, Global Head, Corporate Finance. His appointment is effective 1 July 2017.

Lyndon brings with him 29 years of corporate financing experience in the Asia Pacific region. He was most recently HSBC’s Head of Leveraged and Acquisition Finance for Asia Pacific, based in Hong Kong, where he established and maintained a leading Asia Pacific acquisition financing business. Prior to that, Lyndon spent over a decade in Credit Suisse, based first in Australia and then Hong Kong, where he was responsible for the origination of large corporate ‘event’ or acquisition financing and syndicated lending. He holds a Master of Commerce (Finance) from University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Economics (Hons) from La Trobe University, Australia.

In his new role, Lyndon will be responsible for leading the Leveraged and Structured Solutions business with an increased focus on originating and structuring solutions that are best suited for the Bank’s clients.
