Eligibility

  • To be eligible, your business must fulfill the following requirements:
    • Sole Proprietorship, Partnership or Private Limited Company registered or incorporated in the Falklands;
    • Have been established and in operation for at least 3 years.

Documents required

  • Standard documents include:
    • Profit & Loss Balance Sheet of past 3 years (audited / management)
    • Projected Profit & Loss for the next 3 years
    • Latest debtors and creditors aging report
    • Personal net worth statement
    • Organisation chart / management team
    • Brief write-up of company profile / background
    • Projected cash flow for project (scope of work)
