Trade Service Levels

When you submit a Trade request and provide the bank all documentation and information required, we aim to execute the trade request within the service level as indicated below[1] by the cut off time unless you have been otherwise informed.

Product Cut off Time Service Level
Main Import / Export products e.g., Import LC issuance and amendment, acceptance, Export LC advising, Bills for Collections, acceptance and Payments, Post-vetted BG Issuance, Invoice financing. 12:00pm GMT Aim for same calendar day processing
Presentation documents review and endorsement (Bills for Collection and Letters of Credit) 5:00pm GMT 1.       Endorsement and dispatch

2.       Collection of documents will be completed after 48hrs.
