Payment Gateway: Pay Securely & Directly from Bank Account

Simple, Safe, Secure

Standard Chartered Bank recognises customers need to carry out online purchases and be able to pay directly from their bank accounts in a simple, safe and secure manner.

Standard Chartered Bank has tied up with a wide range of online merchants, namely Tech Process, Billdesk, CC Avenue, RazorPay, Paytm, Payu and ATOM Technologies to enable you to conduct transactions from ticketing to bill payments, mobile recharges, e-commerce purchases, and banking and financial services websites through our Net Banking online payment gateway.

We currently offer coverage on around 85% of web space and will strive to enhance this going forward, adding further vendors and merchants to give customers an online purchase experience they enjoy.

To make an online purchase and pay directly from your account, customers visit their chosen web merchant, choose the product or the service they wish to purchase, and select “Standard Chartered Bank Net Banking” as their payment method.

You will then be prompted to enter your Net Banking User Name and Password on the screen and submit. Upon verification of credentials, your account will be debited and you will be sent a conformation message from the web merchant for payment. You will also receive an SMS alert from the bank confirming the debit, and the transaction will appear in your bank statement, allowing you to verify your debit details.
