  • When charged with a high interest for unpaid outstanding credit card balance, it is advisable to transfer this amount onto credit cards that charge lesser interest or provide extra credit free period. For example, SC credit cards offer attractive interest rates of 0.99% for first 6 months on your balance transfer amount and require just 5% of the balance to be paid per month.

  • Choosing the best balance transfer credit card can mean convenient, stress-free bill payments.   • Please ensure that you take note of the terms and conditions for credit card balance transfers that are listed below:
    ● Credit card balance transfers are subject to conditions specified by Standard Chartered.
    ● Payments are required to be made to the account from which the balance was transferred until fully credited. Please note that Standard Chartered will not be liable in the case of overdue payment or interest incurred in the aforementioned account. Hence it is advisable to complete your payments in time.
    ● Payments made on the SC credit card account will be applied first for the reduction of transferred balance. Keep in mind that only once this is complete will payments be directed towards reducing your outstanding balance on the SC credit card.
