Now report unauthorized transactions on Online Banking or SC Mobile

Follow these simple steps

Login to Online Banking > Help & Services > Card Management > Card Transaction Dispute > Follow Instructions on screen.

  • Once dispute is raised your card will be immediately blocked and a replacement card will be sent to your registered mailing address.
  • You will receive a confirmation SMS for the blocking
  • Further once dispute is raised Standard Chartered will begin investigation and you will also receive a confirmation SMS and email along with a reference number for the dispute transaction.
