Branch Banking Update COVID-19

Wellbeing and safety of our clients and our employees has always been of utmost importance to us. Hence, due to the outbreak of COVID-19, we are taking all the precautions to control the spread further, as we continue to assess the situation. In view of the same, we will continue to serve you for your essential banking needs via our branches, phone banking, chat, emails and social media. Since, we are functioning with reduced staff, request you all to expect delays in response.

Since 1st December 2021 our branches are operational from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm from Monday to Saturday (Except 2nd & 4th Saturdays, bank holidays, holidays under NII act) except for the operational changes as listed below:

North Uttar Pradesh Kanpur Kanpur Branch is operational from 10:00am to 5:00pm
West Maharashtra Mumbai Kemps Corner Branch is operational 24*7*365 days
23-25 M G Road Branch is operational from 9:30am to 5:30pm

With the current rise in the COVID -19 cases, as an extra measure to safeguard your interest along with our staff members, effective 07th January 2022 we request you to carry your fully vaccinated certificate in the event you are required to access any of our Branches. Please be assured we will continue to serve all our customers.
