1. Definitions
i. Bank: Standard Chartered Bank, India.
ii. Offer: The Bank credit and debit card clients are eligible for 10% instant discount upto INR 250/- (Rupees Two Hundred & Fifty only) on making a minimum purchase of INR 2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) on bigbasket application and website during the Offer Period using the Banks credit or debit card. The promo code: SCBOCT22 must be used while making payment or while checking out to avail the instant discount.
iii. Offer Period: Offer shall commence from 00:01 hours 20 October 2022 and shall extend up to 11:59 hours on 31 October 2022.
iv. Qualified Customer: The Offer is applicable to all resident Standard Chartered credit and debit card customers. NRE and NRO account holders with Standard Chartered credit and debit card will not be eligible for the Offer.

2. Offer Details
i. Qualified Customer must transact using the Bank’s credit or debit card only at bigbasket mobile application or website.
ii. To be eligible for the discount, the Qualified Customer must make a minimum purchase of INR 2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) during the Offer Period on bigbasket application and website using the Banks credit or debit card. The promo code: SCBOCT22 must be used while making payment or while checking out to avail the instant discount.
iii. This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer/promotion of Standard Chartered Bank or Bigbasket.
iv. Each Qualified Customer will be eligible to receive a maximum discount of INR 250/- (Rupees Two Hundred Fifty only) per Bank credit or debit card during the Offer Period.
v. Offer is not applicable on the following products and categories from redemption: Baby Cereals, Baby Foods, Infant Formula, Organic Baby Foods and Srilalitha Rice of all pack sizes & products listed under Bigbasket Specialty Store.

3. Communication of the Offer
i. The Offer will be communicated to Qualified Customers through -emailers and/or SMS on their registered email address or mobile number.

4. General Terms and Conditions
i. This is an exclusive Offer provided by Standard Chartered Bank. All details regarding the Offer are available on the Bank’s website (www.sc.com/in).
ii. The Bank reserves the right to modify/change all or any of the terms applicable to this Offer. The Bank also reserves the right to modify, withdraw or discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons whatsoever. Neither anything contained in these terms and conditions, nor shall running this Offer be construed as an obligation on the Bank to continue the Offer up to the termination/expiry date.
iii. Participation in this Offer is entirely voluntary and it is agreed and understood by the participants that participation shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis.
iv. The Offer is non-transferable.
v. The Offer shall not be available wherever it is prohibited under law and/or cannot be made for any reason whatsoever.
vi. All disputes under this offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai.
vii. The Bank shall not be obliged to make any public announcements of the results of the Offer.
viii. In all matters relating to this Offer, the decision of the Bank shall be final and binding.
ix. By participating in the Offer, the participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein.
x. The Bank shall not be responsible and shall not entertain any complaints or disputes on the quality of products and services provided by bigbasket.
xi. Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the client due to provision of the offer, shall be to the sole account of the client.
