Dell offers terms and condition

  1. Definitions
    1. Bank: Standard Chartered Bank in India.
    2. Offer:
      1. The Offer is open to resident Standard Chartered Credit Card holders who are eligible for cashback offer as stated in the below table charged to the credit card and paid in equated monthly instalment (EMI) basis only.
      2. Offer applicable only on purchase of select products offered by Dell
      3. Offer is applicable for purchases made across all Dell brand stores and non-brand stores (such as Croma, Reliance Digital, etc.) pan-India only on Pine Labs / Paytm / MSwipe / Innoviti / Mosambee enabled point-of-sale (POS) terminals. Cardholders are requested to check availability of such terminals with the store before making the purchase
      4. Each card holder would be entitled to 1 transaction per month under the offer period

    3. Offer Period: The Offer Period shall commence from 00:01 hours on 1st October 2022 and shall extend up to 23:59 hours on 28th February 2023

  1. Details of the Offer
    1. Qualified Customer must transact using the Bank’s credit card only and opt for EMI conversion at the time of purchase of select Dell products.
    2. Offer valid on EMI transactions only
    3. Cardholders are requested to preserve the charge slip copy of their transaction until cashback is reflected into their individual card account. Product category and applicable cashback to be verified at merchant outlet, before purchase.
    4. Non-Eligibility: NRE and NRO account holders with Standard Chartered credit card will not be eligible for the Offer.
    5. At the end of Offer Period the cashback amount will be paid to eligible customers within 90 days from the end date of the offer period.
    6. Eligible cashback amount will be printed on the transaction charge slip. Any transaction wherein the charge slip does not reflect the cashback amount will not qualify for the Offer.
    7. This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer/promotion of Standard Chartered Bank.
    8. In case of full/partial cancellation the offer stands void and customer will not be eligible for the offer.

    1. The Offer will be communicated to customers through emailers and/or SMS on their registered email address or mobile number.

    2. The Bank reserves the right to modify / change all or any of the terms applicable to this Offer. The Bank also reserves the right to modify, withdraw or discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons whatsoever. Neither anything contained in these terms and conditions, nor shall running this Offer be construed as an obligation on the Bank to continue the Offer up to the termination/expiry date
    3. Participation in this Offer is entirely voluntary, and it is agreed and understood by the Participants that participation shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis
    4. The Offer is non-transferable
    5. The Offer shall not be available wherever it is prohibited under law and / or cannot be made for any reason whatsoever
    6. All disputes under this Offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals of Mumbai
    7. The Bank shall not be obliged to make any public announcements of the results of the Offer
    8. In all matters relating to this Offer, the decision of the Bank shall be final and binding
    9. By participating in the Offer, the Participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein
    10. The Bank shall not be responsible and shall not entertain any complaints or disputes on the quality of products and services provided by Dell
    11. Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the card holder due to provision of the offer, shall be to the sole account of the card holder.
