Terms and Conditions for EaseMyTrip voucher

Definitions

  1. Bank: Standard Chartered Bank in India.
  2. Offer: ‘Qualified Customers’ will receive an Easemytrip voucher worth INR 1,000.
  3. Offer Period: The voucher will be valid till 31 May 2024.
  4. Qualified Customer: To avail the voucher, users have to book Flights or Hotels for their preferred destination by applying promo code on easemytrip.com / EaseMyTrip App.

Offer Details

  1. Steps to Redeem:

    1. Visit easemytrip.com / EaseMyTrip App & select product (Flights/Hotels)
    2. Select Flights/Hotels option from search result page.
    3. Apply promo code on review page.
    4. Make payment & checkout.


  2. The offer is valid for bookings made on EaseMyTrip’s website, Mobile site, Android & iOS App.
  3. The voucher can be only redeemed on the Digismart or Smart StanChart Credit Card.
  4. No minimum booking value is required to avail of the voucher.
  5. The voucher is valid for one-time transactions and is non-cumulative.
  6. The customer has to apply for the unique voucher number at the time of booking the flight or hotel to avail of the discount.
  7. The voucher cannot be clubbed with any other offer/promotion run by EaseMyTrip or Standard Chartered Bank.
  8. No cash or change can be availed in exchange for this voucher.
  9. Bookings with the valid promo code will be only eligible for this offer.
  10. In case of partial/full cancellation the offer stands void and discount will be rolled back before processing the refunds.
  11. Child / infant discount, date or flight change, refund charges, weekend surcharge, black out period, travel restrictions and / or flight restriction will be also applicable as per the fare rule.
  12. Changes in flights and dates are allowed with changed fees and fare difference.
  13. Changes in names are not allowed.
  14. In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer, EaseMyTrip reserves the right to deny the offer to the customers.
  15. In addition, EaseMyTrip standard booking and privacy policy on EaseMyTrip.com shall apply.

Communication of the Offer

  1. The voucher will be communicated to select set of Bank Credit card holders through – SMS on their registered mobile number or email address, at the discretion of the Bank.

General Terms and Conditions

  1. The Bank reserves the right to modify/change all or any of the terms applicable to this Offer. The Bank also reserves the right to modify, withdraw or discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons whatsoever. Neither anything contained in the terms and conditions set out herein, nor those forming part of the Offer communication shall be construed as an obligation on the part of the Bank to continue the Offer up to the date of expiry of the Offer.
  2. Participation in this Offer is entirely voluntary.
  3. The voucher is non-transferable.
  4. The Offer shall not be available wherever it is prohibited under law and/or cannot be made/continued for any reason whatsoever.
  5. All disputes under this Offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai.
  6. In all matters relating to this Offer, the decision of the Bank shall be final and binding.
  7. By participating in the Offer, the Participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein and those forming part of the Offer communications.
  8. Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the Qualified Customer, shall be solely borne by the Qualified Customer.
  9. EaseMyTrip reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether. In the event of any dispute, Courts of New Delhi will have jurisdiction.
  10. EaseMyTrip shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure.
