Definitions

• Offer:
  • The Offer is open to  resident Standard Chartered Credit Card holders who are eligible for discount offer as stated in the below table charged to the credit card and paid in equated monthly instalment (EMI) basis only.
  • Offer applicable only on purchase of select products offered by HP
  • Offer is applicable for purchases made across all HP brand stores and non-brand stores (such as Croma, Reliance Digital, etc.) pan-India as well as HP website (https://www.hp.com/in-en/shop/laptops-tablets.html?offers=back-to-college)
  • Each card holder would be entitled to 1 transaction per month under the offer period

• Offer period: The Offer Period shall commence from 00:01 hours on 1^st July 2023 and shall extend up to 23:59 hours on 20^th August 2023.
• Qualified Customer: The offer is applicable to resident Standard Chartered credit card holders.

Details of the Offer

• Qualified Customer must transact using the Bank’s credit card only and opt for EMI. conversion at the time of purchase of select HP products.
• Offer valid on EMI transactions only.
• Cardholders are requested to preserve the charge slip / invoice copy of their transaction until discount is reflected into their individual card account. Product category and applicable discount to be verified at merchant outlet or website before purchase.
• Non-Eligibility: NRE and NRO account holders with Standard Chartered credit card will not be eligible for the Offer.
• Eligible discount amount will be printed on the transaction charge slip or mentioned on the website product checkout page. Any transaction wherein the charge slip or the website does not reflect the discount amount then the discount will not qualify for the Offer.
• This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer/promotion of Standard Chartered Bank.
• In case of full/partial cancellation the offer stands void and customer will not be eligible for the offer.

Communication of the Offer

• The Offer may be communicated to customers through emailers and/or SMS on their registered email address or mobile number.

General Terms and Conditions

• This is an exclusive Offer provided by Standard Chartered Bank
• The Bank reserves the right to modify / change all or any of the terms applicable to this Offer. The Bank also reserves the right to modify, withdraw or discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons whatsoever. Neither anything contained in these terms and conditions, nor shall running this Offer be construed as an obligation on the Bank to continue the Offer up to the termination/expiry date
• Participation in this Offer is entirely voluntary, and it is agreed and understood by the Participants that participation shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis
• The Offer is non-transferable
• The Offer shall not be available wherever it is prohibited under law and / or cannot be made for any reason whatsoever
• All disputes under this Offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals of Mumbai
• The Bank shall not be obliged to make any public announcements of the results of the Offer
• In all matters relating to this Offer, the decision of the Bank shall be final and binding
• By participating in the Offer, the Participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein
• The Bank shall not be responsible and shall not entertain any complaints or disputes on the quality of products and services provided by HP
• Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the card holder due to provision of the offer, shall be to the sole account of the card holder.
