Family Banking

Enjoy Priority banking status for up to Five family members. Family members include parents, spouse, and children who can then avail priority benefits such as locker discounts, lounge access, periodic discounts, and bespoke experiences.

To enjoy the Priority status one of your  family member is required to meet the Monthly Qualification Criteria for Priority Bank Account relationship . This can also be jointly met by the family members and as a result, the rest of the family members can enjoy the Priority Benefits, subject to the accounts being categorized as part of a single household relationship.

In case of delinking of any individual account/s from the household account, the delinked account(s) will be classified as individual account(s) relationship and the qualification criteria will have to be met.

Locker Charges

Enjoy 50% discount on locker fee by meeting the Standard Chartered Priority programme qualification criteria. click here for locker rentals and terms and conditions.

You  can avail more than one locker and, in any size, subject to availability.

Locker charging is done as per 1 July to 30 June charging cycle and the first-year fee depends upon the quarter in which the locker was sourced. For example, if a client is sourced in month of October, they will get a waiver on fee applicable from October to June.

Locker rents are deducted from savings accounts and thus it is critical that the savings is appropriately funded for continued and uninterrupted locker services.

Lounge access

Enjoy 56 lounge accesses, which include 24 international and 32 domestic lounge accesses on your complementary Priority Infinite Debit & Credit card.

Standard Chartered Priority Banking Infinite Debit Card

Enjoy 4 Complimentary Domestic Lounge accesses per quarter, adding up to 16 domestic lounge accesses in a year.

Both primary and supplementary card holders will have this access individually.

Standard Chartered Priority Banking Infinite Visa Credit Card

You can avail of the complimentary Standard Chartered Priority Banking Infinite Visa Credit Card which comes with exquisite features. This credit card is issued upon maintenance of your Priority Banking Relationship  and meeting the Qualification Criteria as applicable  .

Standard Chartered may issue, suspend , amend or cancel the card at its sole discretion.

Enjoy 4 Complimentary domestic Lounge accesses per Quarter and 2 international lounge accesses per month (outside India) on your complementary Priority banking credit card, adding up to 16 domestic and 24 international lounge accesses.

To access the International Lounge you will be  required to present the Priority Pass.     A complimentary  Priority Pass is issued to you as a privileged Priority Banking customer.

Supplementary cards can be availed basis the primary card holder’s relationship. The client can reach out to the Relationship Manager to avail a supplementary card.

Both primary and supplementary /addon card holders will have this access individually.

Complementary International lounge access can be availed by meeting the priority banking programme Qualification / Eligibility Criteria.

Complementary golf games

Enjoy complementary Golf games across the country on your Priority Visa Infinite credit card.

Under the programme you can enjoy: –

1.2 complimentary Golf games valid at domestic golf courses per calendar month, per valid Cardholder. This benefit is non-transferrable.

2. 1 complimentary guest game per month, per valid Cardholder. The 1 complimentary guest game is only valid at domestic golf courses.
3. 1 Complimentary coaching session per month for the Cardholder. The 1 complimentary coaching session is only valid at domestic golf courses.

Both primary and supplementary card holders will have this access individually.

Please note the golf sessions are not organized by Standard Chartered Bank and Standard Chartered Bank does not have tie ups with the golf courses.
