Terms and Conditions – EMI Offer with OLA Electric

Definitions

  • Bank: Standard Chartered Bank in India
  • Offer: Upto 5% Instant Discount, on minimum transaction value of INR 40,000 and maximum discount of INR 5,000.
    1. Offer period: From 1st August 2023 to 31st January 2024.
    2. Customer needs to make a minimum purchase using his/her valid Standard Chartered Credit card.
    3. Offer is applicable for purchases made across Ola Electric App & Website (https://book.olaelectric.com/?utm_source=SBC&utm_medium=referral&utm_campaign=sbc_cc_emi) Pan-India only.
    4. Each Credit card holder would be entitled to 1 transaction per month under the offer period.
    5. Offer valid on EMI transactions only.
  • Qualified Customer: The offer is applicable to all Standard Chartered Credit card holder.
  • Non-Eligibility: Non-resident Account Holders will not be eligible for the cashback.
  • This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer/promotion of Standard Chartered Bank

General Terms and Conditions

  6. All disputes under this Offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals of Mumbai
