Definitions

1. Bank: Standard Chartered Bank in India
2. Offer: The Offer means Qualified Customers are eligible to receive cashback upto an amount mentioned in the table in clause 2 below on using their Standard Chartered Credit Card during the Offer Period for a minimum transaction amount mentioned in the table in clause 2 below. The Offer is only valid for transactions done during the Offer Period using the Standard Chartered Credit Card to purchase goods and services from Samsung Brand Stores and non-Samsung Brand Stores and such transactions are converted into EMI as per the Bank’s terms and conditions for EMI transactions.
3. Offer period: The Offer Period shall commence from 00:01 hours on 1st May 2023 and shall extend up to 23:59 hours on 31st Jan 2024
4. Qualified Customer: The Offer is applicable to all Bank credit card holders.

Offer Details

1. Qualified Customers must transact using the Bank Credit Card during the Offer Period for a minimum transaction amount mentioned in column 6 of the table below. The Offer is only valid for transactions done during the Offer Period using the Standard Chartered Credit Card to purchase goods and services from Samsung Brand Stores and non-Samsung Brand Stores and such transactions are converted into EMI as per the Banks terms and conditions for EMI transactions.
2. The cashback percentage and cashback amount differ depending on the product variant and the store type. Please refer to the table below under headings Max Cashback %, Max Cashback Amt under Samsung Brand Stores and Non-Brand Stores, for the maximum cashback amount.

3. Offer is applicable only for transactions converted into EMI on Bank credit card for 3, 6, 9 or 12 months tenures as per the Banks terms and conditions for EMI transactions.
4. Offer is applicable for purchases made across all Samsung brand stores and non-brand stores (such as Croma, Reliance Digital, etc.) pan-India on Pine Labs and Paytm enabled point-of-sale (POS) terminals. Qualified Customers must check availability of such terminals within the store before making the purchase.
5. Offer is applicable only on selected models of Samsung products.
6. Qualified Customers would be entitled to 1 transaction per month during the Offer Period.
7. If the store has instant cashback activated, the cashback amount will be deducted from the total price of the product(s) purchased and passed on as an instant discount to Qualified Customers. For example, product price is INR 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only), with applicable cashback of 5% up to INR 3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand only). Cardholder will be given an Instant Cashback of INR 2,500/- (Rupees Two Thousand Five Hundred only) and will have to pay INR 47,500/- (Rupees Forty Seven Thousand Five Hundred only) for the product, which will be converted into EMI as per selected tenure.
8. For non-instant cashback:
   1. The cashback amount will be paid to Qualified Customers within 90 days from the end date of the Offer Period.
   2. Eligible cashback amount will be printed on the transaction charge slip. Any transaction wherein the charge slip does not reflect the cashback amount will not qualify for the Offer.
   3. Qualified Customers are requested to preserve the charge slip copy of their transaction until cashback is reflected into their individual card account. Product category and applicable cashback to be verified by Qualified Customers at merchant outlet, before purchase.
9. This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer/promotion of Standard Chartered Bank.
10. The Bank terms and conditions for EMI i.e., Kuch Bhi on EMI terms and conditions as amended from time to time will be applicable as published on https://av.sc.com/in/content/docs/kbe-tnc.pdf

Communication of the Offer

1. The Offer will be communicated to Bank customers through emailers and/or SMS on their registered email address or mobile number only.

General Terms and Conditions

1. This is an exclusive Offer provided by Standard Chartered Bank.
2. The Bank reserves the right to modify / change all or any of the terms applicable to this Offer. The Bank also reserves the right to modify, withdraw or discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons whatsoever. Neither anything contained in these terms and conditions, nor shall running this Offer be construed as an obligation on the Bank to continue the Offer up to the termination/expiry date.
3. Participation in this Offer is entirely voluntary, and it is agreed and understood by the Participants that participation shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis.
4. The Offer is non-transferable.
5. The Offer shall not be available wherever it is prohibited under law and / or cannot be made for any reason whatsoever.
6. All disputes under this Offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals of Mumbai.
7. The Bank shall not be obliged to make any public announcements of the results of the Offer.
8. In all matters relating to this Offer, the decision of the Bank shall be final and binding.
9. By participating in the Offer, the Participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein.
10. Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the card holder due to provision of the Offer, shall be to the sole account of the card holder.
