Debit Card November campaign

Definitions

  1. Bank: Standard Chartered Bank in India.
  2. Offer: The Offer means “Earn 150 reward on your first three retail purchases of INR >=500 of goods and services with Standard Chartered Bank debit card within 60 days of offer period.
  3. Offer Period: 18th September’23 -30TH November’23
  4. Qualified Customer: ETB(Existing to bank customer) Customers who receive a communication of this Offer from the Bank and who transact on their debit card to make purchase of goods and services during the offer period.

Offer Details

  1. Qualified customers earn 150 reward points on the first three retail transaction of INR >=500 with the Standard Chartered Bank Debit card during the offer period.
  2. Reward points will be processed within 60 days from the end of the offer period into customer’s savings account in 360 reward portals.
  3. Withdrawals made at ATM’s will not qualify for the offer and shall not be considered as a transaction or the purposes of this Offer.
  4. Offer is valid on all online and offline purchases.
  5. List of debit of card on which the offer is valid
    • Platinum Debit Card
    • Employee Banking Platinum Debit Card
    • Priority Infinite Debit Card
    • Private Infinite Debit Card
    • Platinum Rewards Debit Card
  6. Maximum Reward point that can be earned during the offer period in 450 reward point.

Customer Service

  1. In event of any discrepancy in reward points, please contact Standard Chartered Bank phone banking on the numbers given on the website along with a copy of transaction charge-slip/proof of transaction to enable the Bank to resolve the discrepancy. In all such cases the decision of the Bank shall be final.
  2. Qualified Customers must contact the Bank with any discrepancy in receiving the reward points within 30 days of the receipt of reward points.
  3. All queries related to campaign can be shared by client till December ’23.

Communication of the Offer

  1. The Offer will be communicated via SMS and/or email on the customers registered mobile numbers or email IDs at the sole discretion of the Bank.

General Terms and Conditions

  1. This is an exclusive Offer provided by Standard Chartered Bank.
  2. The Bank reserves the right to modify / change all or any of the terms applicable to this Offer. The Bank also reserves the right to modify, withdraw or discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons whatsoever. Neither anything contained in these terms and conditions, nor shall running this Offer be construed as an obligation on the Bank to continue the Offer up to the termination/expiry date.
  3. Participation in this Offer is entirely voluntary and it is agreed and understood by the customers that participation shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis.
  4. The Offer is non-transferable.
  5. The Offer shall not be available wherever it is prohibited under law and/or cannot be made for any reason whatsoever.
  6. All disputes under this Offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai.
  7. The Bank shall not be obliged to make any public announcements of the results of the Offer.
  8. In all matters relating to this Offer, the decision of the Bank shall be final and binding.
  9. By participating in the Offer, the customers agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein.
  10. Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the Qualified Customer due to provision of the offer, shall be to the sole account of the Qualified Customer.

Exclusion:

Purchases made on merchants with the below Merchant Category Codes (MCC) are applicable for exclusions on rewards for mentioned Debit Card types:
