Terms and Conditions – Tatacliq Offers

  1. Definitions
    1. Bank:Standard Chartered Bank in India.
    2. Offers:
      1. Offer: Bank credit & debit card holders are eligible for a flat 15% discount on spending a minimum amount in a single transaction of value of INR 1500/- (Rupees Fifteen Hundred Only) and above using the Banks credit or debit card during the Offer Period. The transaction or the spends should be performed on the Tatacliq platform (App / Website) using the promocode CLIQSCB300. Maximum discount is up to INR 300/- (Rupees Three Hundred Only) for credit card and debit card transactions, including transactions converted into EMI on the credit card.
      2. Bank credit & debit card holders are eligible for a flat 10% discount on spending a minimum amount in a single transaction of value of INR 5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) and above using the Banks credit or debit card during the Offer Period. The transaction or the spends should be performed on the Tatacliq Luxury platform (App / Website) using the promocode SCBLUX. Maximum discount is up to INR 1500/- (Rupees Fifteen Hundred Only) for credit card and debit card transactions, including transactions converted into EMI on the credit card.
    3. Offer is valid only once per card per month during the Offer Period.
    4. Offer Period: Offer valid only on all Mondays from 12:00:00 AM of 4th July 2022 to 11:59:59 PM of 31st January 2023.
    5. Qualified Customer: Offers are applicable to all Standard Chartered credit and debit card clients on the Tatacliq platform (App/Website).
  1. Offer Details
    1. Client has to transact using Standard Chartered credit/debit Card in the manner described in the definition of Offers on Tatacliq platform i.e website at https://www.tatacliq.com/ or Tatacliq mobile App.
    2. The promocode CLIQSCB300 or SCBLUX should be used at the time of purchase
    3. Details for Offers:
      1. Offers are applicable only on online transactions on Tatacliq platform at https://www.tatacliq.com/ or Tatacliq mobile App.
      2. Product category and applicable discount to be verified by the Qualified Customer at product display / order confirmation / payment page before purchase.
      3. Offers are for limited time as per the Offer Period defined.
      4. The Offers are valid only for individual / retail genuine customers. Any business-to-business orders on the platform at https://www.tatacliq.com/ or Tatacliq mobile app under the Offers will be cancelled and not eligible for the Offers. The decision of Tatacliq & Bank will be final and binding in this respect.
      5. Offers cannot be combined with any other offer/promotion running on the Tatacliq website at https://www.tatacliq.com/ or Tatacliq mobile app and any other offer from the Bank.
      6. Offers are not valid on Tata CLiQ Gift Cards, Brand Gift Cards, Insurance Products, Apple products, Gold Coins, Seller Trent Limited, Pantaloons, Select Seller and Select Products, Page Industries Limited (Jockey), Landmark, select Brands, Apple Affordability products, Select Sellers, Mobiles. Tatacliq and Bank reserves the right to exclude certain further items from the scope of discount under the Offers.
      7. The net cart value is the total cart value arrived at after all applicable discounts including coupon code but before availing discounts under the Offers. In case CLiQ Cash is being used to make a partial payment, net cart value will be calculated after reducing the amount being paid by using CLiQ Cash. To avail of the Offers the amount being paid through Standard Chartered Bank credit card or debit card must be more than the minimum purchase price under the respective Offers. The customer is advised to check the applicability of the discount before proceeding for payment.
      8. The following transactions will not qualify for meeting the spends criteria:
        ATM cash withdrawals, fee payments, transaction which is either unsuccessful or cancelled/rejected by the Bank, transactions which are followed up with partial or full reversals or transactions that are cancelled by the card holder.
  1. Communication of the Offer
    1. The Offers will be communicated to Bank customers through emailers and/or SMS on their registered email address or mobile number only.
  1. General Terms and Conditions
    1. These exclusive Offers are provided by Tatacliq and Standard Chartered Bank. All the details regarding the Offers are available on the Bank’s website (www.sc.com/in).
    2. The Bank & Tata Unistore Ltd reserves the right to modify / change all or any of the terms applicable to the Offers. The Bank also reserves the right to modify, withdraw or discontinue the Offers without assigning any reasons whatsoever. Neither anything contained in these terms and conditions, nor shall running the Offers be construed as an obligation on the Bank to continue the Offers up to the termination/expiry date.
    3. Participation in the Offers is entirely voluntary, and it is agreed and understood by the participants that participation shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis.
    4. The Offers are non-transferable.
    5. The Offers shall not be available wherever it is prohibited under law and / or cannot be made for any reason whatsoever.
    6. All disputes pertaining to the Offers are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals of Mumbai.
    7. The Bank shall not be obliged to make any public announcements of the results of the Offers.
    8. In all matters relating to the Offers, the decision of the Bank shall be final and binding.
    9. The Offers are not transferable, non-negotiable and cannot be en-cashed.
    10. Standard Chartered Bank will not be responsible or liable in case the Offers are not configured or could not be availed due to malfunction, delay, traffic congestion on any telephone network or line, computer on-line system, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, or website.
    11. Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the card holder due to provision of the Offers, shall be to the sole account of the card holder.
    12. Offers are valid once per card per month during the Offer Period.
    13. To avail the instant discount the total payment of the transaction needs to be made using a valid credit card or debit card of the Bank.
    14. The Offer are valid for purchases made of the eligible products during the Offer Period. Cardholders are required to check the product page of the product(s) if the Offers are valid for that product.
    15. Offers not valid on net banking, cash/card on delivery, commercial and corporate cards of STANDARD CHARTERED Bank.
    16. Tata Unistore Limited reserves the right to cancel an order in case of any fraudulent activity including creating duplicate accounts, aliasing, placing multiple orders or violating the terms and conditions. Upon cancellation, the order will not be reinstated.
    17. Maximum discount that can be availed per order will be as per the Offers mentioned
    18. The discount offered will under no circumstances be settled in cash.
    19. Any person availing either or both Offers shall be deemed to have accepted all these terms and conditions.
    20. Product warranty will be regulated by the terms and conditions mentioned on the warranty card of respective product/manufacturer.
    21. Any query regarding the Offers will be entertained during the Offer Period. No correspondence on the same will be entertained after the aforementioned date from any person(s).
    22. Pictorial representation of product(s) in communication(s) sent to the customers is purely representational. None of the parties (i.e Tata UniStore Limited and Standard Chartered Bank) under any circumstance(s) will be responsible to the same.
    23. It is not mandatory for the Standard Chartered Bank cardholders to participate in the Offers. Participation in the Offers by the card holder is voluntary and free.
    24. Product(s) offered are subject to availability by the participating seller(s) on the Tata UniStore Limited platform.
    25. The minimum age of the card holder must be above 18 years on the day of the purchase.
    26. The Offers are being made purely on best effort basis.
    27. In case of complete cancellation of the order by the customer the transaction will not qualify for “The Offers”. In case of partial cancellation of the order, the customer shall qualify for “The Offer” only on the basis of the net amount payable.
    28. In case of any disputes, the decision of Tata UniStore Limited & Standard Chartered Bank will be final and binding.
