1. The Priority Dining Privileges Campaign (“Campaign”) commences on 1 January 2025 and ends on 30 June 2025, inclusive of both dates (“Campaign Period”).
2. The Campaign is open to Priority Banking clients with Priority Banking Visa Infinite credit card, Priority Banking Visa debit card, Priority Banking Mastercard debit card, Priority Banking Mastercard debit card-i or JumpStart debit card-i issued by the Bank (“Priority Banking Cards”), and with minimum individual primary Asset Under Management (“AUM”) of RM350,000 in primary account per calendar month (“Eligible Cardholder”).
3. Minimum individual primary Assets Under Management” (“AUM”) is defined as the aggregate of the (i) market value of the customer’s deposits (e.g. conventional or Islamic current, savings, and fixed deposit/term deposit-i accounts), (ii) market value of the customer’s investments (e.g. unit trusts/Islamic Unit Trust, bonds/Sukuk, structured investments, equities) and (iii) cumulative amount of premiums/contributions (less any partial withdrawals) paid by the customer for Bancassurance/Bancatakaful products as the primary account holder. For the avoidance of doubt, all other value relating to the Bancassurance/Bancatakaful products (e.g. surrender value, unit price, net asset value of the underlying funds etc.) will not be applicable for the purposes of computing the client’s AUM with the Bank
4. Eligible Cardholders are required (i) to make a transaction with their Priority Banking Card that meets the “Minimum Spend Criteria” in a single receipt at selected partner outlets and (ii) to maintain a “Minimum individual primary AUM” and “Wealth AUM” during the calendar month (“Qualified Transaction”).
5. Eligible Cardholders will enjoy cashback of the transaction value for Qualified Transaction(s), in accordance to the manner set out below:

6. The Qualified Transactions for the purpose of rewarding cashback will be given in sequential order from the first eligible Qualified Transaction made by Eligible Cardholders with Priority Private membership (who maintained minimum individual primary AUM of RM3,000,000 and above) during the calendar month, followed by the first eligible Qualified Transaction made by Eligible Cardholders with Priority Banking membership (who maintained minimum individual primary AUM of RM350,000 and above) until it reaches the maximum capping of RM70,000 cashback allocated per calendar month
7. Credit card is not applicable for Standard Chartered Saadiq Berhad.
8. The purchase of alcoholic beverages and pork/ lard is not applicable for Standard Chartered Saadiq Berhad Priority Banking Mastercard debit card-i and are not eligible for cashback.
9. For the purposes of this Campaign, Eligible Cardholders are required to dine in at the selected partner outlets to be entitled to receive the cashback. The purchase of products such as cookies, hampers, gift box, mooncakes and other festive products (notwithstanding that such purchases are made at the selected partner outlets) will not be treated as Qualified Transaction(s) and shall not be eligible to receive any cashback under this Campaign.
10. Splitting of bills for the purpose of redeeming multiple cashback is strictly not allowed.
11. The Bank shall credit the cashback to eligible principal cardholder’s credit or debit card account within 60-days after the end of the relevant transaction months. A month is defined as the period which runs from the first day of a calendar month to the last day of that calendar month.
