Updates on PBVI lounge access and airport transfer

Dear Valued Clients,

Kindly be informed of the following revisions to our Consolidated Credit Card Terms, which shall be effective from 1 May 2025. Please refer to the relevant revisions in the tables below.

  • The Airport Lounge Access Eligibility will be redefined as follows:

1.31 The facilities provided in the Lounges are subject to changes by the respective service providers from time to time at their sole discretion. You are advised to check with the relevant service provider on the facilities/availability of the Lounges if you wish to find out more.
  • The Priority Banking Visa Infinite requirement for Credit Card Airport Lounge Access & CashBack Program on Airport Taxi & KLIA Ekspres Rides will be revised as follows:

6.11 Your complimentary access to airport lounges will be limited to the first 8 visits per calendar year if you maintain your Priority Banking membership with minimum Asset Under Management (“AUM”) between RM250,000 to RM2,999,999. Your complimentary access to airport lounges will be limited to the first 8 visits per calendar year if you maintain your Priority Banking membership with minimum Asset Under Management (“AUM”) between RM350,000 to RM2,999,999.
6.14 A charge of USD29 per person per visit will be debited to your Priority Banking Visa Infinite credit card account for:

(a) Each access if your Priority Banking membership has ended or if you do not maintain the required minimum AUM of RM250,000;

(b) Each access exceeding the Cardholder’s eligible airport lounge complimentary access;

(c) Each accompanying guest of Cardholder to airport lounge;

(d) Each access using Supplementary Priority Banking Visa Infinite credit card.

 A charge of USD29 per person per visit will be debited to your Priority Banking Visa Infinite credit card account for:

(a) Each access if your Priority Banking membership has ended or if you do not maintain the required minimum AUM of RM350,000;

(b) Each access exceeding the Cardholder’s eligible airport lounge complimentary access;

(c) Each accompanying guest of Cardholder to airport lounge;

(d) Each access using Supplementary Priority Banking Visa Infinite credit card.
6.20 Priority Banking Visa Infinite Principal credit card cardholders are entitled to CashBack of up to RM80 for one-way travel via Airport Taxi services & KLIA Ekspres (ERL) Rides from KLIA and KLIA2 12 times annually, as long as you maintain your Priority Banking membership with minimum AUM of RM250,000. Priority Banking Visa Infinite Principal credit card cardholders are entitled to CashBack of up to RM80 for one-way travel via Airport Taxi services & KLIA Ekspres (ERL) Rides from KLIA and KLIA2 12 times annually, as long as you maintain your Priority Banking membership with minimum AUM of RM350,000.
6.21 If your Priority Banking membership has ended or if you do not maintain the required minimum AUM of RM250,000, you are not eligible to enjoy this Cashback Program. If your Priority Banking membership has ended or if you do not maintain the required minimum AUM of RM350,000, you are not eligible to enjoy this Cashback Program.
6.22 For the avoidance of doubt, to enjoy complimentary Airport Taxi & KLIA Ekspres (ERL) Rides, you must maintain your Priority Banking membership with minimum AUM of RM250,000 in the same month you take the Airport Taxi & KLIA Ekspres (ERL) Rides. For the avoidance of doubt, to enjoy complimentary Airport Taxi & KLIA Ekspres (ERL) Rides, you must maintain your Priority Banking membership with minimum AUM of RM350,000 in the same month you take the Airport Taxi & KLIA Ekspres (ERL) Rides.
