Standard Chartered 360° Rewards Program

Standard Chartered 360° Rewards Program is a loyalty program that lets you earn points and redeem them for exciting rewards. The program offers an easy and convenient online platform to view, manage and redeem your points.

Redeem points for the following rewards

  • Flights at over 550+ airlines.
  • Book your next hotel stay from over 175,000 hotels worldwide.
  • Gift voucher – You have the choice to redeem gift vouchers of major retail stores on the Rewards Portal. Present your voucher to the merchant when it’s time to pay and the voucher amount will be deducted from your final purchase bill.
  • Exchange your Points for miles in popular frequent flyer airline, and frequent guest hotel programs
  • To get cashback against your next purchase using a Standard Chartered Bank Payment Card

Eligibility

  • Register for Visa 360 rewards
  • Spend with your Standard Chartered Bank Naira Debit or Credit Card
  • Transactions must be carried out on POS and online

FAQs

    • The Visa 360° is a reward platform that automatically allocates points for every payment made with your Debit and Credit cards.
    • The Qualifying Payments for the reward points are POS transactions, eCommerce/online transactions. Cash withdrawal via ATM, Agency banking POS or any other means are not eligible for the reward points.
    • Visit the rewards website via http://rewards.sc.com/ng and select ‘Click hereto Sign Up’ on the login page
    • Input the requested information to register your card(s) and create your loyalty account
    • Authenticate your request with One-Time Password sent to your mobile number and email address.
    • Activate your account via the link in the ‘registration successful email’ you receive through your email.

    PS: you can add all your active debit and credit cards to accumulate your reward points.

  • If you are a registered user, visit http://rewards.sc.com/ng, input your email address and password to sign in

    • On the login page, click on ‘Forgot Password’
    • Select your preferred reset option and input the necessary information
    • Wait for few seconds to receive the OTP through your email or phone number in the Bank’s record.
    • Complete the process by providing your new password
  • No, you will need to create separate login credentials for the Standard Chartered 360° Rewards account using the process described in No. 2 above

  • To redeem your points, login to your Standard Chartered 360° Rewards account and select a reward category from the main page (e.g., Flights, Hotels, Car Rental, Gift Vouchers, Shop, etc.) and click on the items that you want to redeem.

  • The Standard Chartered 360° Rewards allows you to redeem the points you have earned for a wide selection of rewards. You can redeem items such as airtime, electronics, home goods, fashion accessories, gift vouchers etc from the listed merchants.

    You can also choose to convert your Standard Chartered 360° reward points into popular frequent flier airline or frequent guest hotel programs.

  • No. We currently do not offer the ability to pay the difference using your Standard Chartered card. We encourage you to increase your transaction rate to earn more points.

  • Accrual of your reward points is automatic. Once you pay with your SC debit or credit card transaction, the amount is immediately converted to its equivalent point, and this gets credited into your loyalty account.

  • Yes, you can consolidate points earned on multiple cards under a single Standard Chartered 360° Rewards account. You can add up to 4 additional Naira denominated cards  to your Standard Chartered 360° Rewards account account. To add a card, follow these steps:

    • Login to your loyalty account via http://rewards.sc.com/ng
    • Click on ‘Settings and Cards’. You will see two drop-down, Click on ‘Payment Cards’
    • Click on Link New Card. Follow the prompts to enter your new card number, Cardholder Name, and expiry date, then click on save.
    • You accrued reward points on the newly added card will be automatically updated
  • Yes, your reward points will expire after 3 years from the date each point is credited to your Rewards Account.

  • Your username cannot be updated. However, you can update your email address by following the steps below:

    • Log in to your loyalty account via http://rewards.sc.com/ng
    • Click on ‘My Dashboard’
    • Click on ‘My Profile’ on the left-hand side menu
    • Click on Change email Address
    • Enter the new email address and enter your password and click Save Changes.
    • An activation link will be sent to the new email address.  Click the link to activate the new email.
    • Once logged into your loyalty account, click ‘My Dashboard’.
    • In My Dashboard click on ‘My Statements’ and you will be able to view the total points earned each month for each card linked to your account.
    • Once logged into to your loyalty account, click on ‘My Dashboard’ on the navigation menu.
    • Scroll down to the third section of the dashboard, and you will see the total reward points earned from purchase transactions for the month, and points earned from a Welcome Bonus (on selected card products only), and the date your points earned will expire.
    • You can also view your detailed loyalty account statement by clicking on My Statement on the left side navigation menu bar on your dashboard.
  • Yes, reward points would reverse in the event of the reversal/cancellation of the underlying transaction for which the client had earned points.

  • Below is an illustration of how points are earned.

    1. Debit Card

    Debit Card Type Minimum transaction per point
    Infinite Card N200 = 1 point
    Gold Card N500 = 1 point

    For example: if you use your Gold card to do a transaction of N2000, the earned points will be 4 points.

    2. Credit Card:

    Credit Card Type Minimum transaction per point
    Platinum Card N250 = 1 point
    Gold Card N150 = 1 point
  • For your earned points, 1 point will be equivalent to 25 kobo. For example, if you have a total of 1000 points, the Naira equivalent will be 1000 X 25kobo = NGN250
