Reminder from the BSP: I-REPORT AGAD! #BSPSecuriTips

If you think that your account has been compromised, immediately contact your bank or e-money issuer through their official channels.

If the bank or e-money issuer has not given adequate action to your complaint, immediately report it to the BSP through the BSP Online Buddy or BOB. You can communicate with BOB through the following:

  1. Click on the BOB icon on the BSP website (www.bsp.gov.ph)
  2. Chat on BSP Facebook Messenger (https://www.m.me/BangkoSentralngPilipinas/)
