  • During our scheduled server maintenance, your payment for your Standard Chartered credit card bill through the above-described methods may not be processed.

    3am – 5am If payment is made during this period, your available limit may only get updated 15 to 20 minutes later.
    Every Sunday 3am – 5am We may not be able to process your payment for your Standard Chartered Credit Card bills during this period.

  • It will take at least 1 working day for the outstanding balance and transaction history to be updated and reflected in your account.

  • Merchant refunds will not be taken as payments to your credit card account. Hence you still need to make the required payment as reflected in your latest statement. Any credit balance in the card will be used to offset future purchases.
