Key features of MEPS+

Same-day SGD bank transfers can be made if application is submitted before the cut-off time at 12pm on weekdays (excluding Public Holidays). Applications submitted after the cut-off time will be processed the next working day.

Visit our branches to make the transfer at S$20 per transaction, regardless of the transfer amount. Priority Banking clients may send the completed MEPS+ form to their Relationship Managers for processing. Same cut-off time applies.

No maximum payment limit, enabling high-value payments to be made in a single transaction.

Only available for SGD domestic payments in Singapore.

MEPS+ is a real-time gross settlement system developed for high-value SGD interbank fund transfers.

It is suitable for companies looking to make high-value, time-critical SGD payments in Singapore.

MEPS+ transfers are currently only available at our physical branches. Alternatively, you may send up to S$200,000 via FAST on your SC Mobile App. Find out more here.

Priority clients may email the completed MEPS+ application form to their Relationship Managers for processing. Same cut-off time of 12pm on weekdays (excluding public holidays) applies.

On Standard Chartered’s end, we can only confirm that the payment will be processed, i.e., funds are sent to the receiving bank on the same day. The reflection of funds received in the beneficiary account is dependent on the receiving bank.

MEPS+ applications that are submitted past 12pm will only be processed by the Bank on the next working day. In the case of this scenario, the MEPS+ application will only be processed on Monday.
