You may check the status by going to the 'Status’ tab under Help & Services on both Online Banking and Standard Chartered Mobile.

How long will the status of my service request(s) be displayed?

Your “Active” request(s) will be displayed till the status is updated to “Completed”. Your “Completed” request(s) will be displayed for 90 days.

Will I be alerted when the request is completed?

You will receive an SMS and email when the request is completed.

Am I able to close multiple loans in a single request?

Yes, you may close multiple loans in a single request.

Am I able to submit multiple requests?

Yes, you may submit multiple requests on different loan accounts.

Will there be fees charged for early redemption?

Yes, you may be charged with an early redemption fee for loan closure. Following your request, we will also reach out to you to confirm your intention to close the loan.

How long will it take for the request to be approved?

It will take up to three to five working days for the request to be completed.

How to request for closure of loan?

STEP 1

Go to “Help & Services” in the Services tab located at the bottom right corner, and tap on ‘View All’

STEP 2

Under Account Management, select "Closure of CashOne/Credit Card Instalment Loan".

STEP 3

Select your reason for closing the loan.

STEP 4

Select the loan(s) that you wish to close.

STEP 5

Review the details.

STEP 6

Submit your request. We will send you an email and SMS when the request is completed.
