Annual Fees S$194.40 (including 8% GST); adjusted to S$196.20 (including 9% GST) from 1 January 2024. This annual fee is waived off for the first 2 years.
Finance Charges Effective Interest Rate (“EIR”): 27.9% per annum (minimum). If payment is not made in full by the due date, finance charges will be calculated on a daily basis at 0.076% from the respective transaction dates for all transactions to the date the payment is received.
Cash Advance Your cash advance fee per transaction is 8% on the Cash Advance, subject to a minimum fee of $15 plus Finance Charges at 0.082% per day on the amount withdrawn from the date of the transaction until the date of full payment.
Late Payment Charges A late payment charge of S$100 will be charged if minimum payment due is not received by the due date.

Free Credit Report

If your credit card is newly approved and you wish to have a free credit report*, you may obtain it within 30 calendar days upon card approval via the credit bureau website  or at their registered office. You will need the following documents to obtain the free credit report:

  • Card carrier that comes with your credit card
  • NRIC

    • Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents: S$30,000
    • Foreigners with Employment Passes: S$60,000
  • Employment Pass Holders
    • Foreigners must be holders of P1, P2 or Q type Singapore Employment Passes
    • Q Pass holders must have minimum one year validity remaining on their passes
    • Employment Pass must have at least 6 months’ validity

    • Copy of Employment Pass (with at least 6 months’ validity)

FAQs

  • You can continue to use your Spree Credit Card, where the cashback benefits of up to 3% on your spend remains the same.

    We will be progressively replacing the Spree Credit Card face for our existing base of clients from 1 September 2023. You will receive a new card face without the SingPost logo when your card expires.

  • The Spree card allows you to earn 3% cashback on all online spend in foreign currency and vPost spend, 2% spend on all online spend in local currency, all contactless & mobile payments, and 1% cashback on all other retail spends.

  • All Eligible Spree Card Retail transactions are subject to a minimum value of S$1 in order to earn the Base Cashback of 1%. Please refer to Clause 4 in the Spree Credit Card Terms and Conditions for more details.

  • The cashback cap on Spree Credit Card is capped at S$30 currently.

  • No, the cashback cap of S$30 on Spree Credit Card is based on statement month, not calendar month.

  • The Complimentary Cyber Protection Insurance for Spree Credit Card is available till 31 Dec 2020 only. It consists of:

    1. Digital Online Shopping Protection – In the event that a Spree Credit Cardholder buys goods online for personal use that turns out to be a “Non Delivery of the goods” or “Non-compliant goods”, insurance can cover up to S$1,000 during period of insurance provided.
    2. Online Price Guarantee – If a SCB Spree Credit Cardholder purchases a Covered Item from the internet, pays for it in full, using the SCB Spree Credit Card and within 14 calendar days of the date of purchase, finds the exact item being offered at a lower price on another website, Allianz will reimburse the price difference up to S$1,000 per Covered Item.
