Important Information

Cessation of physical PIN Mailer for Debit Cards/ATM Cards

Dear Clients,

In line with the Bank’s commitment towards a more sustainable future, we will no longer issue a physical PIN mailer for Debit Cards/ATM Cards with effect from 1 November 2023.

You can still set your pin using the following methods:

Method Steps
SC Mobile

Step 1: Login to SC Mobile.

Step 2: Go to Service icon (located at bottom right of the screen) and navigate to “Digital Services”.

Step 3: Go to “Card Management” section and select the applicable options.

•      If you have not activated your card, please select “Debit/ATM Card Activation & PIN set”.

•      If you have activated your card, please select “Debit/ATM Card PIN change”.

Step 4:  Follow the on-screen instructions to set PIN.

ATM

Step 1: Insert ATM/Debit Card into a SC ATM.

Step 2: Select “Set/Reset PIN & Card Activation for ATM/Debit Card”.

Step 3: Select “Request OTP” to registered mobile number to receive a one-time-password needed to set PIN.

Step 4: Enter OTP.

Step 5: Set a new 5-Digit PIN.
