Changes to Dash Easy Account

As part of our efforts to streamline our Current and Savings products, the Bank is renaming some of our existing accounts.

With effect from 1 August 2022, the Dash Easy Account will be renamed as ‘Savings Account’ and your Dash ATM Card (if any) will be replaced with Standard Chartered ATM card when your ATM card is due for renewal or when you request for a replacement. Please refer to the changes as below:

Existing Name	New Name
Dash Easy Account	Savings Account
Dash ATM Card	Standard Chartered ATM Card

Your account number, existing GIRO and payment arrangements (if any) remain unchanged.

Deposit Insurance Scheme

Singapore dollar deposits of non-bank depositors are insured by the Singapore Deposit Insurance Corporation, for up to S$75,000 in aggregate per depositor per Scheme member by law. Foreign currency deposits, dual currency investments, structured deposits and other investment products are not insured.
